If you need to schedule an appointment, call 288-1600 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. Appointments are required to meet in person with Housing Managers, HCV Occupancy Specialists, and the Administration. LMHA is an equal opportunity authority.

0 (efficiency) and 1 Bedroom Public Housing Waiting List Reopening

The Lorain Metropolitan Housing Authority (LMHA) is accepting pre-applications for the Public Housing Program waiting list for the 0 (efficiency) and 1 bedroom waiting lists. Pre-applications can be downloaded here. Paper forms are available at the entrance of LMHA’s Main Office, 1600 Kansas Avenue, Lorain, Ohio 44052. Completed pre-applications must be sent via US mail to LMHA PH-WL, P.O. Box 1010 Lorain, Ohio 44055 to be accepted. Applications submitted by any other means will not be eligible. Only one pre-application accepted per household. Only one pre-application per envelope.
