Yes Security Deposits are required. They are as follows:
DO NOT submit a new application to report a change. Doing so may cause a delay in your application processing time. All changes must be reported IN WRITING; no changes will be accepted over the phone. Please email admissions@lmha.org , mail written changes to Admissions, 1600 Kansas Ave., Lorain, OH 44052, or Fax #(440) 288-7389.
* The applicant, their POA, or legal guardian must submit all changes - changes cannot be accepted by anyone else.
You will receive a confirmation number when you submit your application online. You may call (440) 288-7402 to check the status of your application. Please do not call the Admissions Department to inquire about the status of your application. You will receive a letter in the mail when you are scheduled for an eligibility interview.
You will be contacted by phone when a unit is being offered.
